Mom and I were out early this morning.
She had a doctor appointment with a neurologist.
It has been almost two years since her last evaluation
so her medical doctor made the referral.
He simply talked to her, ask some question,
and checked out her motor skills.
He and I talked about her current meds, some
behaviors I've observed, and what she can and can't remember.
He ordered an MRI and some bloodwork.
We have a follow-up appointment next month
which should tell us more.
Mom did not know:
What month this was
What season we were in
Who was president
What was her favorite TV show
I feel so incredibly sad about what Mom doesn't ....know,but so incredibly happy for those smiles on both your faces. Love to you both.
